Wonderful job!

Words cannot express how wonderful the journey has been learning and performing The Tale of the Three Trees.  The children's choir did spectacular on Sunday morning...JUST WONDERFUL!  We give God all the glory for blessing us with talents to sing and perform.  Thank you children for your hard work on this musical, and thank you parents and children's choir volunteers for supporting the children and making this performance possible.  Enjoy these cute pictures of Sunday's performance!

Performance day is almost here!

The children are ready to present The Tale of the Three Trees on Sunday, April 7th!  We will meet in the sanctuary at 9:45 AM and will be ready to present the musical during the morning worship service at 11:00 AM.  Attire is Sunday/Easter dress.

You do not want to miss the children's choir performance Sunday morning!  From the children singing to the beautiful piano accompaniment from Carol Selick and powerful narration from Ray Neal, it is a story of Jesus' life that will be portrayed in a powerful way.  See you there!

Practice, practice, practice!

The children's choir is gearing up for their April 7th performance!  We have practiced, practiced, and then practiced our musical even more to have it ready to present to the Milledge Avenue congregation in a few weeks.  Thank you all for your hard work in learning The Tale of the Three Trees!

Off to a good start

We've had a lot of fun the last few weeks learning new songs for our spring performance and playing rhythms on percussion instruments.  The Children's Choir will be presenting The Tale of the Three Trees on Sunday, April 7th during the morning worship service.  It will be a moving performance as we work to glorify and praise God through our singing (and occasional acting!).  Be on the lookout for updates on performance attire and upcoming Wednesday night rehearsals in the sanctuary!

Happy New Year!  The Children's Choir did a fantastic job at their performance in December.  Job well done kids!!

Children's Choir rehearsal starts back up this Wednesday, January 9th at 6 PM.  The children will be learning some really fun songs this spring.  Hope to see everyone for rehearsal Wednesday night!

Ring in Advent!

The Children's Choir would like to invite everyone to come out and hear their performance on Sunday, December 16th at 5:30 PM.  The Children's Choir will be presenting an Advent narration and singing beautiful Christmas songs.  It is an event you definitely don't want to miss!

The Children's Choir will be practicing in the sanctuary this Wednesday, December 12th 6:30-7:00 PM and this Sunday, December 16th at 4:45 PM.  Children should wear something festive for this Sunday's performance!
