Happy New Year!

Happy New Year!  The Children's Choir did a fantastic job at their performance in December.  Job well done kids!!

Children's Choir rehearsal starts back up this Wednesday, January 9th at 6 PM.  The children will be learning some really fun songs this spring.  Hope to see everyone for rehearsal Wednesday night!

Ring in Advent!

The Children's Choir would like to invite everyone to come out and hear their performance on Sunday, December 16th at 5:30 PM.  The Children's Choir will be presenting an Advent narration and singing beautiful Christmas songs.  It is an event you definitely don't want to miss!

The Children's Choir will be practicing in the sanctuary this Wednesday, December 12th 6:30-7:00 PM and this Sunday, December 16th at 4:45 PM.  Children should wear something festive for this Sunday's performance!

We're looking forward to another fun-filled rehearsal Wednesday night as we prepare for our Advent narration and songs.  We will be performing our Advent narration and songs on Sunday, December 16th.  See everyone at 6:00 PM Wednesday night!

Job Well Done!

The children did a beautiful job singing "All Creatures" with the adult choir last Sunday.  It is so refreshing to hear young voices singing and praising God! 

We are now going to be working on Christmas music in rehearsals.  The Christmas music we will be singing is absolutely beautiful, so make sure your child doesn't miss rehearsal!  The Children's Choir will perform their Christmas music the Evening of Sunday, December 16th.  There will also be narrations for a few children to read, as well as tone chime parts to be played by a few children.  I can't wait!

There will be no Children's Choir rehearsal Wednesday, October 24th due to the Pumpkin Patch Carnival.  Hope to see you there!

The children are singing!

The Children's Choir will be singing with the adult choir THIS Sunday, September 30th during the Sunday morning worship service.  You don't want to miss it!  We have been rehearsing "All Creatures of Our God and King" in the sanctuary the past two Wednesday nights, and the children are sounding great!  This Wednesday night we will rehearse "All Creatures" in the sanctuary with the adult choir at 6:45 PM.  All other Children's Choir activities will take place in the music room.

Remember that this Sunday I will pick up the children from Sunday School at 10:25 AM, and if you will not be attending Sunday School then please meet us outside of the sanctuary by the stairs at 10:30 AM.  We will rehearse "All Creatures" with the adult choir in the choir room and will then go up to the sanctuary to be seated for the service.  Remember to dress casual to help unload pumpkins after the service!

As the time draws near for our first performance in the sanctuary on Sunday, September 30th, the Children's Choir will be rehearsing All Creatures of Our God and King  in the sanctuary beginning THIS Wednesday, September 12th.  Make sure you don't miss rehearsal so that you can get as much experience singing in the sanctuary as possible!  All other Children's Choir activities will be taking place in the Music Room.

The Children's Choir will be singing All Creatures of Our God and King with the Adult Choir during the morning worship service on Sunday, September 30th.  This is also Youth Sunday and Pumpkin Sunday, so it is a service you definitely don't want to miss!
